DIAMOND NAILS SPA POLICIES
Our store policies are designed for the convenience & the effectiveness of our customers' everyday operation as follows:
- 1. Pricing: All prices and services are subject to change without notice. Gratuities are not included. Service prices are available on our menu—please confirm with your technician before starting any service.
- 2. Service Clarification: Please clearly specify the service you would like to receive. If you need additional information, sample designs, or have any questions, kindly contact one of our technicians for further assistance & clarification.
- 3. Service Completion: Once a service has started, the technician will complete it as per the salon's process. If a client changes or stops the service midway, the full price will still apply.
- 4. Satisfaction & Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for services.
- 5. Complimentary Fixes: Classic polish services are not guaranteed.
- Dipping Powder / Acrylic Powder Enhancement is guaranteed not to break within 4 days.
- Shellac / Gel / Builder Gel is guaranteed not to lift or peel within 4 days.
* Important: All nail fixes must be scheduled by phone only: (409) 443-5356. Please do not email for repairs.
(Remember: Nails are jewels, not tools. Handle them with care, and they’ll stay beautiful for weeks!) - 6. Privacy & Professionalism:
- For privacy, professionalism, and the protection of both clients & staff, please do not exchange personal phone numbers/information with any staff.
- All appointments must be booked through our business phone line or official booking system. - 7. Customer Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:
- Brings dangerous items and weapons or pets to our spa.
- Is rude or disrespectful to staff or other clients.
- Is under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or displays disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
*Please do not record videos inside the spa. - 8. Alcohol Service: For the comfort and safety of all our guests, alcoholic beverages are served only to individuals 21 years of age or older. Please show your valid ID to be served.
- 9. Children’s Safety:
- Children must remain under the supervision of a parent/guardian at all times, as our spa contains professional tools and equipment that may be hazardous for children.
- Children under 12 years old may receive services only with parental consent.
- Children under 16 years old are not permitted to handle payment cards without a parent or guardian present. - 10. Health Disclosure: Customers must disclose any existing health issues or deformities before receiving our services. We do not provide massage services to clients with skin inflammation. Clients with heart disease, pacemakers, or high blood pressure must notify the technician before the service.
- 11. Health-Certified Services: Services that require a signed health consent form include: Eyelash Extensions, Face Waxing, Facial Treatments, and Permanent Makeup.
- 12. Personal Items: We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
- 13. Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable. We are not responsible if your gift card is lost, stolen, or destroyed.
- 14. Appointments & Deposits: Appointments may be scheduled online or by phone. For luxury services such as Facial Treatments, Head Spa, Massage, Permanent Makeup, Eyelash Extensions, Eyebrow Tinting..., a deposit is required at the time of booking.
- 15. Cancellations & Reschedules:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: You may reschedule up to 3 times within the same month. (Over 3 times - deposit will be forfeited.)
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: deposit will be forfeited. - 16. Party Groups: Reservations for parties or group events must be made 15–45 days in advance.
- A 50% deposit of the main service fee is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance: deposit will be forfeited.
