We have the following policies for the convenience of our customers and our salon:
  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone detrimental to our business.
  • Health issues or deformities must be disclosed before service.
  • We will not provide massage services to customers with skin inflammation. Customers with heart disease, pacemakers, or high blood pressure must inform the technician before service.
  • Services requiring health certification and customer agreement to sign a confirmation form for the technician to perform include Eyelash Extensions, Face Waxing, Facial Treatment, and Permanent Makeup.
  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items or gift cards.
  • All prices and services are subject to change without notice. Tips are not included.
  • Our prices are available on the menu. Please confirm the price with the nail technicians before receiving the service.
  • Customers should book appointments online or call us to schedule an appointment. We accept services over $45 per person and require a deposit of $20–$50 per person, depending on the service selected.
  • Please notify us in advance if you need to cancel an appointment. If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be refunded or held for one month. The deposit is forfeited if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance. A maximum of three reschedules is allowed within the month.
  • Specify the service you want: If you need clarification, please speak with our manager.
  • We do not offer refunds for services. If you are not satisfied with our service, please inform our manager immediately, and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
  • Due to limited space, we accommodate scheduled customers only. We serve customers requiring services and discourage non-service visitors. (No pets, dangerous items, or disruptive behavior.)

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Non-Refundable Policy:
    • Gift cards and service packages cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.
  2. Validity:
    • Gift cards and service packages are valid for 6-12 months from the date of purchase, depending on the value. Validity is based on the purchase date, not on other discounted services.
  3. Appointment Policy:
    • To secure an appointment, cancellations made 24 hours in advance will not be charged. The system will automatically deduct 50% of the selected service or allow two appointment changes within a month. After two changes, 50% will be deducted from the service cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50%.
